About Me

My name is Amy and I am currently working two jobs as well as studying a Foundation Degree and fitting in family, friends and a home life.
This is not a competition, if you are reading this, you too will be busy. There will always be people you consider to be busier or people with slightly more time than yourself. We are all in this together and are here to help each other.

I am a creative person who likes to help everyone when I can but sometimes you realise just how many people there are to help! But you are one person, all you can do is try your best and know that if there are a lot of people in your life... You are blessed! I am a hard worker and always have been. I am now not afraid to say it about myself. After many years It took others to say it about me FIRST, before I felt the confidence to say  "hey I do work hard!" I thought , why???
Someone will always try and bring you down somewhere.

My mum was constantly made to feel guilty. She was a single parent raising two children and she worked long hours, this meant, that I went to my nans or a child minders after school for dinner.
I never despised my mum, was never hurt because of this nor was I angry for it. It was something she communicated clearly that she needed to do, and as I grew older, I began to admire her for how much she gave up for us.

Low self esteem is a killer, there are a lot of negative thinkers out there, they may envy your job, envy your family and perhaps say you are doing a bad job as a wife/partner or mother. But for whatever reason, just remember, if it makes you feel like you have to stick up for yourself or that you aren't working hard enough...they must be unhappy for one reason or another. Brush it off and move on.

One of the biggest things to effect your way of life is INVISIBLE!

Ideas?

Your own thoughts!
I can't tell you how many times I have made myself feel that I am not good enough or brainless! As much as they can affect you, making you feel bad. They can do the opposite and make you feel FABULOUS!
So many times I have looked at a piece of art work and thought 'I could never'.Repeat to yourself that you can do it, and practise over time by yourself or with your children. You can do your OWN piece of individuality... and I promise you, however it comes out, you will feel a sense of acomplishment.
